1. Timely cleaning of ac filters

If the pressure is lower than the specified pressure then this usually means that there is a refrigerant gas leak. The leak must be repaired before the ac service. Refrigerant gas top-ups should be in weight. Ask your service provider to weigh the gas cylinder before and after the top up or refilling.
